We offer only the best brands in the industry, but unfortunately, sometimes a problem can occur here too. The advantage of buying quality branded goods is usually an easier solution to such an inconvenience, which a complaint undoubtedly is.

If you wish to return or return the goods, please send us an email as soon as possible.

We will try to recommend the most suitable and fastest solution to your problem with the purchased goods.

The standard warranty period applies to all products, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Complaint

If the goods you received from us are damaged or malfunctioning, please follow the complaints procedure below. Returning goods due to withdrawal from the contract is described in detail in the Terms and Conditions. There you will also find complete and accurate information on complaints and withdrawal from the contract.

Complaints procedure

Products subject to the right to claim must be submitted for assessment immediately after the defect is discovered. They must be clean and accompanied by appropriate documents and a description of the defect, possibly with the location of the defect marked.

How to proceed with a complaint

  1. In case of a complaint, please contact us first. Then send the product to the "contact address". The shipment should be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the condition in which you received it upon delivery. Attach proof of purchase to the goods. Please always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot be glued, written on or otherwise damaged during transport.
    Do not send goods on delivery, in which case the goods will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the goods.

  2. The goods must be properly packaged for transport to prevent any further damage.

  3. Defective or damaged goods will be replaced or the purchase price will be refunded.

  4. All documents that the buyer received with the goods must be attached to the goods, such as a receipt, warranty certificate, etc.

  5. The seller does not assume liability for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages from improper use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.

  6. For hygiene reasons, goods are only accepted for complaints if they have been properly cleaned.

  7. If the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, it is listed for the goods in the catalog.

  8. Handling fees (especially shipping) may be charged for rejected claims.

  9. You will be informed about the handling of the complaint by e-mail or SMS. As with the delivery of the order, you will be informed about the dispatch of the package and the delivery date.

Refund due to withdrawal from the contract

If you purchased the goods as a consumer (without stating your ID number on the purchase receipt), you have the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (please note, these are 14 calendar days, not working days). You can also exercise this right if you ordered the goods from us but collected them in person.

Notice: The shipping costs for shipping back to us are paid by the customer, who is also responsible for the flawless delivery of the goods, therefore we recommend insuring the delivery of the goods against any possible damage.
Please send items only with delivery to the address provided. Items sent to pick-up points or drop-off boxes will not be collected under any circumstances.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract (full text)

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

  1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

  3. For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the seller of your withdrawal from this contract: Bohdan Skovroňský, Seník 8, 53501, email info@be-ready.cz in the form of a unilateral legal act (for example, by letter
    sent via postal service operator, fax or e-mail).

  4. In order to meet the withdrawal period from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the relevant period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

  1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us). We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction to reimburse the payments, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In no event will this entail any additional costs for you.

    We will only refund your payment after we receive the returned goods or if you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
  1. You must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdraw from this contract, or hand them over to Bohdan Skovroňský, Seník 8, 53501. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back to us before the 14 days have expired.

  2. You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. The maximum cost is estimated at 150 CZK.

  3. The seller is entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for compensation for damage caused to the goods against the buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price.
