Refund policy

We apply a 14-day return period, which means that after purchasing an item, you can request its return within 14 days. 

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been worn or used, is labeled with price tags or labels, and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, please send the item back at your own expense. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon delivery, please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes, for example, perishable goods (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (made-to-order, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or doubts regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept the return of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you want to receive the desired item as quickly as possible, return the item you have, and after your return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Regardless of the previous provisions, if the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, and you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the funds will be automatically returned to you within 14 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
