- Maintenance: The inner bags of the Tota basket can be washed in the washing machine after removing the plastic parts according to the instructions on the labels. The textile cover of the basket shell should only be wiped - it cannot be washed in the washing machine. Clean the plastic parts with a damp cloth. The basket is not intended for sitting on or storing heavy objects.

 You can choose between GLS or Balíkovna (Czech Post) carriers. Delivery to the address is comfortable, you can request a change of address and the driver will contact you before delivery. You can always see the shipping price in the cart, including the right to free shipping.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
