The Hammershøi Summer storage jar, beautifully decorated with summer motifs, measures 18.5 cm in height and is ideal for homemade cookies, dried herbs for tea or coffee. The Danish design brand KÄHLER has a long and fascinating history. It dates back to 1839, when Herman J. Kähler opened a ceramics workshop in the Danish town of Næstved. Later, his sons took over the business and that is when the real success story began. They began experimenting with shapes and different types of glazes, attracting a number of renowned designers to the workshop. This gradually led to international recognition and the KÄHLER brand continued to grow.
