For all heat sources
Forte pans are manufactured by forging aluminium using high pressure. Their bodies with a material thickness of 4.5 mm are dimensionally stable and non-deformable. The alloy used contains 98% aluminium compared to the casting method. The moulding is then roughened to perfectly bond the extra-hard titanium layer. This is then covered with additional layers for a perfect non-stick surface and a stainless steel base suitable for all types of heat, including induction.
Innovative non-stick surface
Forte pans are hardened with Ti-X, a 5-layer non-stick surface that is a breakthrough in the production of non-stick cookware. Tests have shown it to be up to 20 times more durable and 10 times more scratch resistant than standard non-stick surfaces. It does not blister or peel. It resists wear and scratches, so you don't have to worry about using stainless steel utensils.
Stainless steel handle
The riveted handles form a harmonious whole with the pan. Made of cast stainless steel. They do not heat up during normal cooking or frying . In addition, they allow baking in the oven. The Forte pans can thus also be conveniently used as a cake tin or baking dish. Of course, wear protective oven gloves when removing them from the oven to prevent burns.
