When choosing delivery to pick-up points, you have free shipping for orders over CZK 2,500 . For orders over CZK 5,000, you have free shipping when choosing any method of delivery.

Do you prefer to collect your order in person at a time that suits you? You can currently pick up your package at more than 7,500 pick-up points throughout the Czech Republic.
INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING OPTIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS:
- You can choose shipping and payment options in the form while completing the order. If we find that the weight or dimensions of the shipment exceed the capabilities of your chosen carrier , we will adjust the selected transport to be suitable .
- You can pay for your order online by credit card, bank transfer or online bank transfer. You can find more about payment methods here .
- We also deliver to Slovakia (GLS and GLS Parcel Shop branches), current prices will be automatically offered to you after completing the order and selecting the country of delivery to Slovakia. For more convenient shopping, use the Slovak version of our e-shop . There you will find all prices in EUR and carriers available for shipping to Slovakia.

We try to ship all items to your home as quickly as possible after your order is placed. We will notify you of the shipment via your email address , where you will also receive a tracking number . Please check your package immediately upon receipt.
