Dog biscuit recipe
Ingredients:
Makes about 30 to 32 dog biscuits
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/3 cup corn flour
How to prepare dog biscuits
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a dog biscuit pan and a special spray oil to spray the Puppy Love Treat Pan . Mix the eggs with peanut butter with a whisk. Gradually add the flakes and corn flour. Press the resulting dough into the pan, about 3/4 full of each pan. Bake in the oven for about 18 to 22 minutes. After baking, leave to cool on a wire rack. This will make enough dough for two baking sheets.
Human approach
Nordic Ware's beautiful cake pans are made with visible care , thanks to the fact that they are also hand-finished during production. The process of creating unique cakes at Nordic Ware has been perfected for over 70 years, so that the pans are not only unique but also perfectly functional.
Material
The aluminum used to make the molds is first melted at 650°C and then flows as a liquid into a holding chamber, where a pressure arm forces the liquid aluminum into the mold . This process must be fast, as it only takes a few seconds for the aluminum to solidify. The mold is then opened and the very hot but solid aluminum cake mold can be removed. Aluminum is very malleable, so Nordic Ware molds can be shaped down to the smallest detail.
Surface
Once cast into shape, the mold still has a long way to go, with the next step being to trim off the excess aluminum around the perimeter of the mold. The mold is then sent for further processing, where it undergoes a series of finishing processes, including cleaning with a vibratory machine, spraying with a corrosion-resistant coating , and roughening the surface. The mold is then thoroughly washed, sprayed with a non-stick coating, and cured with a PFOA-free resin.
The American brand Nordic Ware began its history in 1946, when the company was founded by a metallurgical engineer with Swedish roots, David Dalquist, together with his wife Dorothy. However, the company did not become known to customers until 1950, when a group of housewives visited David and asked him to create a classic cake pan , which they knew from their European homelands. David listened to their wishes and created the world-famous Bundt , which is a patented name for cake baking pans. Another turning point came in 1966. A prestigious baking competition (Pillsbury Bake-Off) was held in Houston, USA, where contestant Ella Helfrich took 2nd place with a Nordic Ware pan with a hole in the middle and baked the now iconic Fudge Tunnel recipe, which guaranteed fame not only to her but also to the Nordic Ware brand, which literally became a hit overnight.
Today, Nordic Ware is in nearly 70 million homes, and that number is growing. The company is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where it also has its development center. Nordic Ware is constantly changing its sales range with new shapes and seasonal shapes. Once the shape is designed, a 3D model is first printed and then production begins. Everything from conception to product shipment is done in one place.
