White pepper Sikara, 3 x 20 g - strong pepper with a fresh touch

Sikara PremiumWhite Pepper comes from Madagascar. This white pepper is literally the heart of the pepper tree. The peppercorns are harvested when they are cherry red and fully ripe, then soaked in fresh water before the outer skin is carefully removed. The result is a white pepper with a floral freshness and minty notes.

It goes well with white meat, poultry, white fish and vegetables, especially pumpkin, asparagus, green beans and leaf salads. This white pepper also goes well in desserts with oranges or pears.
