The modern Fidji salt and pepper mills with clean lines are made of wood and stainless steel. The brushed stainless steel gives them an elegant look and emphasises their ergonomic shape, so pleasant to use. The bodies of the grinders seduce with their slender silhouette. The contrast of the materials used adds a special charm to the whole. Fidji grinders become not only a practical tool, but also a tasteful addition to the table.The stainless steel grinding mechanism is treated with a patented method for greater resistance to corrosion, wear and for long-lasting sharpness. Fidji grinders with a black lacquer finish are made of beech wood, while the light-coloured grinders with a beautiful pattern are made of rareThey always have the same design for the salt or pepper mill, but differ in the grinding mechanism. The salt and pepper mills are distinguished from each other by a subtle marking on the crown of the mill.

The grinders are beautiful to look at and practical to use. After unscrewing the crown and removing the top, the mills are easy to fill. By tightening or loosening the crown you then regulate the grinding coarseness setting. To start the grinding mechanism, turn the top of the grinder clockwise. Clean the grinders with a soft, dry cloth and protect from excessive heat.

Pepper grinder: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to guarantee a perfect grind. The grinder is not designed to grind salt.

Salt grinder: the grinding mechanism for salt is designed to grind coarse dry rock salt, ideally with crystals of 4 mm or less in diameter. This grinder is not designed to grind pepper.
