Peugeot Madras pepper mill 21 cm, chocolate

A modern, 21 cm high grinder with clean lines, comfortable in the hand. It is an example of the perfect balance of combining two completely different materials - beech wood, finished in a chocolate shade, and cool, robust stainless steel. The combination of an elegant brown surface and stainless steel looks very aesthetic. The grinder is equipped with the u'Select system as standard, but has a slightly innovative internal structure. It is really easy to fill, because the internal space is not reduced by the central steel axis. The space for spices has also increased, which you can easily fill after removing the magnetic stainless steel cap. When grinding, you can choose between 6 set coarseness settings. The stainless steel grinding mechanism is treated with a patented method for higher resistance to corrosion, wear and for long-lasting sharpness. Clean the grinders with a soft dry cloth and protect from excessive heat.

Pepper mill: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure a perfect grind. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green pepper. Mixtures of colored peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) pepper. The mill can also be used to grind dried coriander. The mill is not intended for grinding salt.
