Peugeot Line pepper mill 12 cm, graphite carbon
Modern, 12 cm high grinder with clean lines, suitable for modern interiors. The top of the pepper mill is made from traditional beech wood, sourced from trees sustainably grown in France. The beech wood is treated with a spectacular glaze, giving a refined wood grain, and a specialvisual effect is achieved thanks to the reflections from the silver crown and the aluminium body of the grinder. After unscrewing the crown and removing the top, it is easy to fill. Tightening or loosening the crown then controls the coarseness of the grind. A salt mill is also available in the same design, but differs in its colouring, which is recognisable at a glance.Clean the grinders with a soft, dry cloth and protect them from moisture and excessive heat.
For 2021, Peugeot has launched the new Line grinder, which uses a light effect and combines lightness and charm treated aluminium with the traditional warmth of wood, which retains its naturalness even under a dark carbon varnish. Turn the top of the grinder clockwise when grinding. The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel, specially treated with a patented method to make it more resistant to corrosion, general wear and tear and maintain long-lasting sharpness. The salt and pepper grinders are distinguished from each other by subtle markings on the grinder crown - the pepper grinder crown is lined with a black stripe, the salt grinder crown is lined with a white stripe. The marking is intuitive, based on the colour of the spice and can be seen from any angle.

Pepper grinder: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to guarantee a perfect grind. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green peppercorns. Mixtures of coloured peppercorns should not contain more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. The grinder can also be used to grind dried coriander. It is not intended for grinding salt.
Salt grinder: the grinding mechanism for salt is designed to grind coarse, dry rock salt, ideally with crystals of 4 mm or less in diameter. It is not designed for grinding pepper.
