Peugeot Ouessant chili pepper grinder 14 cm, stainless steel

The 14 cm Peugeot Ouessant salt, pepper and chilli pepper mills from the French manufacturer Peugeot stand out for the contrast between the polished stainless steel top and the transparent acrylic bottom, which allows you to observe the precise rotation of the ingenious grinding mechanism while grinding. The grinding mechanisms are designed to process salt, pepper or chilli peppers and cannot be interchanged. Easy filling after unscrewing the crown and removing the top. When grinding, turn the top of the mill clockwise. The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel, treated with a patented method for higher corrosion resistance, wear and long-lasting sharpness. Adjustable grinding coarseness by tightening or loosening the crown.

Pepper mill: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure a perfect grind. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green pepper. Mixtures of colored peppers should not contain more than 15% red (pink) pepper. Can also be used to grind dried coriander. The mill is not intended for grinding salt.

Salt Mill: The salt mill mechanism is designed to grind coarse dry salt - both sea and rock salt. Ideally with crystals 4mm in diameter or less. This mill is not intended for grinding pepper.

Chilli grinder: a patented grinding mechanism that pre-cuts and then grinds dried chillies. The chilli grinder is designed exclusively for dried red chillies and cannot be used to grind fresh chillies or chilli paste.
