Zwilling Madura Plus non-stick frying pan, 26 cm
The Madura Plus pans from the German manufacturer Zwilling JA Henckels were made of robust forged aluminium, which is provided with a four-layer non-stick surface Duraslide® Granite. Thanks to the non-stick surface, they are ideal for frying with a small amount of fat. The basic titanium layer adds durability and extends the life of the pans , which are thus better resistant to wear and scratches. You can use them on all types of hobs, including induction ones, and even for heating and baking in a conventional oven, up to 150°C. Thanks to the particularly high rim, the pan is very suitable for dishes that need to be stirred frequently during preparation.

As expected, he combined the classic Zwilling style with innovative materials. The Madura Plus pans are a perfect symbiosis of beauty and functionality.
Non-stick surface
Duraslide® Granite boasts remarkable non-stick properties and a long service life, even with intensive use. It consists of four layers to better resist wear and scratches . It was made without PFOA. It can be used up to 230°C.
Special induction bottom
The pans have been designed for use on all types of hobs . The special base made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel has been optimised for use on the popular induction hob. Together with the aluminium body of the pan, it distributes heat perfectly for ideal cooking results.
